Conditions of Commerce

1. Validity
These terms of commerce are valid for all contracts Spirit of Relaxation and the buyers of this online-shop at the point of deal as it stands.

2. Offer and Agreement
All offers are without obligation. After we sign on a contract or agreement it becomes valid. Even information by word become valid only after sign on by Spirit of Relaxation

3. Prices and Postage
All prices indicated include value added tax. I deliver exclusively to countries of the European Unit.

4. Payment and Delivery
You order will be confirmed by e-mail. This confirmation contains all information you need to settle the payment. Spirit of Relaxation needs to receive the payment within 10 work days. If I don't receive the payment within this time frame, the ordered goods may be out of stock.
I retain the right to supply goods in standard quantities. Please contact me for other agreements if you want to order big quantities.

Orders are shipped by mail. Spirit of Relaxation ships usually within 1-5 days upon the receipt of the payment. Partial delivery are in general valid. If I’m out of stock you will be immediately notified. In the case of a delivery delay, the buyer may set Spirit of Relaxation a suitable delivery deadline and can resign the contract after the time expired.

5. Restitution
The following right does not apply for sealed goods, after you unsealed the product.

You are able to revoke your order by returning the good within a 2 weeks period after receipt. It’s sufficient to return the good within the given time frame.  The costs to return the good needs to be covered by yourself unless the value of the good was above 40,- Euro or the received good differs from the ordered good.
You need to return the good after invoking this right. Please make sure to stamp correctly and provide your complete address and refund data. Note that I will refuse to accept returns which have not been stamped correctly. .
When invoking this right, Spirit of Relaxation will refund the value of the good. If you lost or damaged the good, I obtain the right to deduct compensation from the refund.

6. Liability
All kind of compensation is excluded so far as legitimate.

7. Reservation of Ownership
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of Spirit of Relaxation.   

8. Data Protection
According to the German law § 28 des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) I need to let you know that all data necessary for the order processing are maintained and stored on a computer (gemäß § 33 (BDSG). All personal data will be treated confidentially.

9. Applicable Laws
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
